That doesn’t make any sense.
That brings us to the trauma-processing part.
We aren’t talking about screaming into pillows here (although, have you done that lately? It feels pretty good). We are talking about easy, manageable ways to get all mindful n’ shit, connect the body to the mind and the mind to the body and my money on my mind–erp, wait, wrong jam. But, you get the point. We’re talking kickboxing, we’re talking meditation, we’re talking writing, we’re talking yoga, we’re talking talking, (like, capital T-talking), we’re talking comedy, we’re talking some serious B-ball, we’re talking growing food, we’re talking tai chi, we’re talking lots of connection and letting things be a little uncomfortable so they can be way better than they were. No big.
